It’s snowing!

Nov 18, our first snow fall of ‘08! So light and fluffy and so neat to watch. I thought I’d take a couple of pictures and videos to share and post it here for everyone to see : ) don’t get me wrong I’m still not a fan of winter hehe… but awesome things like this makes you forget though : )

Funny… somebody excitedly asked me if it’s my first snow hahaha! I know! I looked like I’ve just seen a snow for the first time ever taking pictures and all! LOL!

Ps…

Over the weekend, few friends from church and myself went out to watch the movie “Twilight” after our Super Saturday activity. It was awesome!!! Now I’m eagerly finishing the book. : ) almost done though! If you have not seen the movie or read the book… you should!

Also, a quick shout out to Ivy for introducing the book to me! Thank you! I’ll definitely add it to my book collection and place it next to my Harry Potter book! Ha ha!

November Fest

It’s only the middle of the month and we’ve already attended quite a few parties, not bad huh? : ) oops! wait *knock on wood* don’t wanna jinx it haha!

First stop, a surprise birthday party for Jared. We’re almost late… as usual : ) I think we’re the last ones to get there just right before the birthday celebrant arrived hehe… and just in time to hail “Surprise!” … I know shame on us. It was a nice-heart-warming party though. Good job Virgie!

Second stop, Lynette’s birthday bash! What can we say, this girl knows how to parté! Well, not in a wild-over-the-top-ridiculously-insane way, but it was a cozy-nice-sushi-eating-karaoke-singing-catching-up-on-things-small-group kind of party with a little dancing on the side while singing hehehe. We had a good time!

Then, we went to Wheng’s mom’s birthday. As expected, there was a lot food! We got excited that I think the one pound I have worked so hard to lose – going to the gym… cutting on carbs… crunches in the morning… – all went to naught! And gained back 2 pounds! Haha! You have outdone yourself yet again Wheng!

I know… we are surrounded by kewl people here. : )

My hubby’s first general election participation! I’m so proud of him for taking part on this very important day. We arrived at the poll at around 7:30ish in the morning before heading to work to vote and of course I took some pictures hehe and videos too! :p

Happy Halloween!

We are soooo dying to take pictures of the kids in their costumes just because they are so adorable but we contained ourselves in doing that. We don’t think their parents would approved of us "strangers" taking pictures of their kids especially then posting it here hehe, so no pictures of the trick-or-treaters :( With that said, pardon us for recycling our hairdo pictures and posting it here again instead hehe :)

So after we gave out candies to all the adorable kids (we probably got around fifty kids this year) in our neighborhood with their cool-and-not-so-scary-but-scary costumes hehe we stepped out to meet with our friends who are very nice as always to invite us over for dinner in their lovely abode.

The fall of fall

After all that, sight seeing and leaf peeping… in the end, they all fall down and made a big muddle hehe. And so, here we are braving the cold, put on our gloves, grabbed the rakes and we rake away! : )

This is no fun… no fun at all! : (

I think I’m gonna need to visit a chiropractor.
